Audrey takes an integrative systemic approach to therapy, meaning that she views problems as happening externally within relational patterns, not within any one individual. She draws upon various therapeutic methods to collaboratively craft a unique, strength-based treatment plan with each client. From previous professional experience as an elementary educator, Audrey has developed the ability to quickly adapt to numerous learning styles and personalities. She is passionate about working with each client to understand and meet their individual needs in a way that works for them. Audrey is passionate about helping people navigate challenges related to familial or relational conflict, life transitions, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD or other learning differences. She especially enjoys working with family systems, children and adolescents, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
