Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is an effective treatment for various types of insomnia including inability to fall asleep or stay asleep.  CBT-I is an 8-week structured module that uses a specific protocol to improve sleep patterns.  The CBT-I module begins with a dynamic sleep log, sleep hygiene protocol, and dives into a behavioral modification plan aimed at reshaping the association to sleep and bed.  Individual appointments meet weekly through the module.
