CBT-I is an 8-week structured module that uses a specific protocol to improve sleep patterns. The CBT-I module begins with a dynamic sleep log, sleep hygiene protocol, and dives into a behavioral modification plan aimed at reshaping the association to sleep and bed. Individual appointments meet weekly through the module.
