She works through a narrative, solution-focused lens, often incorporating mindfulness tools and parts-based work to support insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. Kassie takes a whole-person approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Kassie works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, and substance use, helping clients develop practical skills while exploring the underlying patterns shaping their experiences. She also supports couples facing transitional challenges, including strengthening connection and fostering successful co-parenting relationships. She strives to create a warm, grounded therapeutic space where clients feel supported in understanding patterns, strengthening relationships, and moving forward with intention.
