Kassie Goodman is a Marriage and Family Therapist in training and a graduate student at Northwestern University, where she is completing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Film & Television Production from the University of Southern California and spent nearly a decade working as a creative executive before transitioning into the field of psychotherapy.

Kassie practices through an Integrative Systemic Therapy lens and takes a solution-focused, collaborative approach, helping clients identify strengths, clarify goals, and create meaningful change. She also incorporates parts-based work to support greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, and compassion toward internal experiences.
Kassie is especially interested in working with family systems, including families navigating co-parenting challenges, as well as individuals impacted by substance use and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). She strives to create a warm, grounded therapeutic space where clients feel supported in understanding patterns, strengthening relationships, and moving forward with intention.
