Lucy Weiss is a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) intern and graduate student at Northwestern University, where she is completing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University.
Lucy works from an Integrative Systemic Therapy approach, which means she tailors each session to fit the unique needs and goals of her clients. She believes therapy works best when it’s a true collaboration, and she strives to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported. In her work, Lucy brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. She sees therapy as a team effort — walking alongside clients as they explore challenges, build on strengths, and move toward the changes they want to see in their lives.
