There isn't a better way to heal!

Sand tray therapy is a form of experiential therapy in which individuals often express themselves better using non-verbal movements through direct expression of the body bypassing the part of the brain involved in speaking.  Often when we are stuck, confused, lost, or missing, the answers are not found in words.  Sand tray therapy is an excellent form of psychotherapy that enables clients to express deep inner conflicts through themes, images, and feelings.  Clients often create surprising themes in the sand and many cry through the process because of the great degree of meaning that is uncovered through this creation.  Sand tray therapy unconsciously unfolds a story in the client's life that they were not aware of.  The beauty of sand tray therapy is that it bypasses the conscious awareness part of the brain and individuals grasp objects that "feel meaningful."  Depending on the arrangement in which they are laid in the sand and the story that is told, it uncovers deep and telling themes that the client is often struggling with.  Sand tray therapy gives individuals a new way to solve issues through non-verbal discovery and connection to their deep-unconscious.  During sand tray therapy, a series of questions are answered that address deep harnessed issues involving repressed and unconscious thoughts in which various emotional responses are invoked.
