Meet Alysia St. Clair!
Alysia St. Clair provides a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, and caring environment for individuals to safely work through challenges. She graduated with her Master's at California State University Long Beach (CSULB) and is currently working towards licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist. She utilizes a strengths-based approach using various therapeutic methods and is an expert on trauma-informed interventions. Alysia is trained in CBT, DBT, Advanced Addiction Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, Hypnotherapy, and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Alysia is certified as an Advanced Mindfulness Practitioner. She is genuinely compassionate and engages deeply with her clients. Prior to obtaining her Master's, she graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services at California State University Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-III). Her experience includes working in addiction recovery, homeless and housing services, veteran supportive services, case management, and counseling.

NOTICE 12/13/21 - Alysia St. Clair is currently only available to new clients if enrolled in our Long Beach TMS program in which clients are eligible for 2x/week free therapy sessions for the duration of TMS (typically 14 free therapy sessions).
