Credit Card FeesHelp our Practice and Help yourself!Credit card fees average 3.78% for our practice (higher than average due to vaulted credit card online processing fees). We have been on a mission to make services accessible and affordable to our community. Help us continue our mission by submitting payment via Zelle instead of a standard credit card transaction. For many years we opted to avoid passing credit card fees on to clients. Unfortunately this practice has been unsustainable as credit card processors have significantly escalated their fees over the past several years.
Effective May 2024, our financial agreement has updated to include a $1.50 credit card processing fee. This is much less than the cost that we actually pay the credit card processing companies. Avoid credit card fees by submitting payment via Zelle. Use coupon code "ZELLE" when booking (do not use your copay code, use ZELLE as the code instead and submit your copay or payment due via Zelle). Payment must be submitted via Zelle at the time of booking or the appointment is subject to cancellation. A credit card is still required to be on file in the event of a late cancellation (under 48 hours) or a no show. To submit payment via Zelle, use the following information:
