Jessica Keys, ACSW is a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist passionate about providing a holistic, warm, nonjudgmental approach to support wellness and healing. She tailors her therapeutic style to the unique needs of each client, specializing in affirming and helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma.
Jessica draws from a blend of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). In the past 10 years, she has had the privilege to work with foster youth, unhoused families, incarcerated youth, and adults struggling with substance use and mental health. These wide-ranging experiences have fostered her empathic nature and her capacity for compassion. She is passionate about helping others overcome emotional and mental challenges and navigate life's challenges with greater ease. Her approach is client-centered, meeting each person where they are and fostering a safe space for growth.
Jessica believes that individuals are the experts in their own lives. She collaborates with clients to guide, challenge, and support them as they work toward healing and personal growth. Using a combination of solution-focused brief approaches and mindfulness practices, she helps clients tap into their strengths and build resilience for life’s challenges.
Jessica is a queer therapist who is dedicated to serving a diverse range of clients dealing with depression, anxiety, substance use and addiction, trauma-related issues, and LGBTQ+ issues.
