Hello and Welcome!

Hello!  I am Jessica Keys, currently serving as a Clinical Psychotherapy Intern for Pacific Mind Spa. I received my undergraduate degree (B.A.) in Human Services and am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), with an emphasis in Child and Family Wellbeing.  My training modalities include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and FLASH Treatment for Trauma.  In the past seven years, I have had the privilege to assist foster youth, unhoused families, incarcerated youth, and adults struggling with substance use.  These wide-ranging experiences have fostered my empathic nature and my capacity for compassion.  I am passionate about helping others overcome emotional and mental challenges and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.  I am supportive, compassionate, and promise that you will not be judged!
