Group TypesWe offer numerous modalities of groups. Our most common are -
EMDR Skills Prior to beginning Phase IV EMDR Bilateral Dual Attention Stimulation Reprocessing, clients must complete 5 EMDR resourcing skills presented over 5 groups (individual therapy component also required). These are helpful even without continuing EMDR! DBT Skills DBT Skills fall under four pillars: interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and core mindfulness. Each skill is presented with a handout and DBT Diary Card to track attained skills and use as your rescue kit. DBT Skills are great for everyone! CBT Skills Cognitive Behavioral Therapy groups are generally led by our CBT expert Alysia St. Clair. CBT is the gold standard of therapy for Depression and Anxiety. InformationPrior to enrolling in group therapy, the following consent form MUST be signed and submitted:

If you are an established client with active and valid insurance on file, you will be refunded any balance minus copay, co-insurance, or deductible after the group session. This is not a guarantee of coverage or insurance payment. 2. If you are not an established client, you may pay the cash-rate of $50 to attend the group session. Alternately, you may become an established client if you wish to use insurance. - Please review the above policy for details and email [email protected] for clarification ONLY if the answer is not addressed in the above policy. Format - Groups are held on Zoom. A link will be sent several hours prior to start time. You may enroll in any session of interest! You can start at any time - you do not need to wait for a series to restart. Maximum enrollment is 8 participants per group. Anonymity and privacy - If desired, you can keep your video and microphone off during session. Participation encouraged, but not required.
