- Groups resuming September 2022 -
We offer numerous modalities of groups. Our most common are -
Prior to beginning Phase IV EMDR Bilateral Dual Attention Stimulation Reprocessing, clients must complete 5 EMDR resourcing skills presented over 5 groups (individual therapy component also required). These are helpful even without continuing EMDR!
DBT Skills fall under four pillars: interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and core mindfulness. Each skill is presented with a handout and DBT Diary Card to track attained skills and use as your rescue kit. DBT Skills are great for everyone!
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy groups are generally led by our CBT expert Alysia St. Clair. CBT is the gold standard of therapy for Depression and Anxiety. CBT is excellent in learning to control and master your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
