Convenience is Key

Transportation and lack of convenience is a major cause of individuals not seeking mental health care.  Our goal is to simplify the process as much as possible to expand access to treatment.  We offer in-office appointments, telehealth services, and in-home visits to expand access to treatment.  Please check current COVID-19 policies as certain modalities may be limited.  

In-home Mental Health Services

Many individuals do not have access to transportation or have mobility issues that prevent them from seeing their clinician in-office.  In these cases, individuals do not necessarily need to be confined to telehealth.  Our services allow for in-home services, typically in cases where individuals have conditions that prevent them from easily traveling to an office setting.  Past cases have included travel to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF's) and Assisted Living centers.  We have also worked with individuals in locked settings (such as SNF memory units) in which they are unable to travel to their therapists office!

Telehealth Mental Health Services

Telehealth is an excellent convenient option that does not involve the burden of transportation and can allow for appointments during the lunch hour or during rush hour when you may not want to be on the road!  Our telehealth methods offer a HIPAA-compliant private option that is simple and easy to use.  All you need is a computer and good internet connection for video appointments or simply a telephone for audio-only appointments!  Many individuals find rotating between telehealth and in-office appointments to be a good option for seeing their clinician regularly without hassle.
